this hotel, i must say, wasnt completely terrible, but it wasn't winning any awards either. the walls seem so thin, i heard every conversation happening in the next room. i could have joined their family reunion. the room was clean, but lets just say the decor screamed "bargain basement chic". also, i expected a bit more finesse at breakfast, it was alright, however, some of the pastries seemed like it had been there for a few days.

the hotel had a great location near the prom and shopping centre. the entertainment in the function room was varied and high quality. i found the opening window a plus.. it allowed fresh air in the room.
i thought the table arrangements during meals were strict. the staff seemed quick to prevent combining tables. this made it difficult for larger groups to sit together comfortably.

I found the staff attentive. Their customer service stood out. the food was amazing, each dish was high quality. the entertainment was fabulous, a real highlight of our stay. this hotel offered a good experience. I am so grateful.
the lift felt a bit slow at times, but it worked fine.
